# TLE 301® – Robotics & Smart Systems
### Build. Program. Explore. Create.
**Ages 8–12 | 18 Hands-On Sessions | 45 Minutes per Session | 723+ Components**
**TLE 301®** is a hands-on robotics and engineering course by **The Little Engineer®**, designed for young innovators aged **8 to 12**.
Through **18 progressive sessions**, learners explore the exciting world of robotics by constructing, experimenting with, and programming a variety of mechanical and robotic models.
Using more than **723 construction components across 57 different component types**, together with motors, sensors, and a smart controller, children discover how mechanical structures, movement, electronics, and programming come together to bring their creations to life.
### From Construction to Robotics
TLE 301® takes children on a progressive journey from understanding mechanical structures and movement to controlling and programming their creations.
Learners explore concepts such as:
* Robotics and engineering principles
* Mechanical construction and design
* Gears and power transmission
* Motors and controlled movement
* Programming and logical thinking
* Sensors and smart systems
* Robot control
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting
* Creativity and engineering design
Every activity is hands-on, encouraging children to **build, test, observe, modify, and improve**.
