# TLE 302® – Robotics, Coding & Engineering
### Build. Code. Experiment. Innovate.
**Ages 8–12 | 23 Hands-On Models | Robotics & Coding | Rechargeable Battery | PC & Tablet Compatible**
**TLE 302®** is a hands-on robotics, coding, and engineering course developed by **The Little Engineer®** for young innovators aged **8 to 12**.
Through a progressive journey of **23 exciting models**, learners explore how construction, mechanics, motors, sensors, and programming work together to create functional and intelligent systems.
Students learn as **young engineers and innovators**—building their models, programming their actions, testing their solutions, troubleshooting problems, and discovering the science and engineering principles behind each creation.
### From Building to Coding & Engineering
TLE 302® encourages learners to go beyond simply constructing a model. As they progress through the course, they investigate how mechanical design and programming influence the way their creations move and behave.
Learners explore concepts such as:
* Robotics and engineering
* Coding and computational thinking
* Motors and movement
* Sensors and intelligent responses
* Gears and mechanical systems
* Speed and distance
* Power and motion
* Friction
* Time and acceleration
* Logical thinking
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving
The learning process encourages children to continuously:
**Explore → Build → Program → Test → Improve**
### 23 Exciting Models
The TLE 302® learning journey includes:
**Model 1 – Introduction**
**Model 2 – Merry-Go-Round**
**Model 3 – Spinner**
**Model 4 – Drumming Puppy**
**Model 5 – Motorcycle**
**Model 6 – Ball Kicker**
**Model 7 – Goalkeeper**
**Model 8 – Airplane**
**Model 9 – Rear-Transmission Car**
**Model 10 – Bowling**
**Model 11 – Octopus**
**Model 12 – Seesaw**
**Model 13 – Parking Barrier**
**Model 14 – Helicopter**
**Model 15 – Ferris Wheel**
**Model 16 – Tracker**

**Model 18 – Revolving Restaurant**
**Model 19 – Sliding Gate**
**Model 20 – Supermarket Checkout Counter**
**Model 21 – Mixer**
**Model 22 – Elevator**
**Model 23 – Ferris Wheel**
From amusement rides and vehicles to automated gates, elevators, mixers, and supermarket systems, the models help learners connect robotics and engineering concepts with **machines and technologies they encounter in everyday life**.
### Learn Through Real-World Applications
One of the strengths of TLE 302® is its connection between learning and the real world.
When children construct a **Sliding Gate**, **Elevator**, **Supermarket Checkout Counter**, **Mixer**, or **Revolving Restaurant**, they are not simply creating a model—they are exploring the engineering principles that make real machines and automated systems work.
This helps learners understand that robotics, coding, and engineering are not isolated subjects. They are technologies that shape the world around us.
### Coding Across PCs & Tablets
TLE 302® allows learners to program and operate their creations using compatible **PCs or tablets**.
The system is powered by a **rechargeable battery**, allowing learners to recharge their robotics controller and continue experimenting without the need to continually replace disposable batteries.
### What Will Your Child Develop?
Through building, coding, experimentation, and problem-solving, learners develop:
* Robotics and engineering skills
* Coding and computational thinking
* Mechanical understanding
* Scientific thinking and experimentation
* Logical and critical thinking
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting
* Creativity and innovation
* Spatial reasoning
* Teamwork and collaboration
* Communication and presentation skills
* Confidence with technology
### An Inventor's Workshop
TLE 302® transforms the learning environment into an **inventor's workshop**, where learners are encouraged to explore ideas, build solutions, program behaviors, test results, and improve their creations.
The goal is not simply to complete 23 models. It is to develop the mindset of a young engineer—someone who is curious about **how things work and confident enough to experiment, create, and find solutions**.
### Build It. Code It. Understand It.
TLE 302® brings together **robotics, coding, mechanics, science, and engineering** in one engaging learning journey.
By progressing through **23 hands-on models**, children build both technical knowledge and essential future skills while discovering how technology can be used to solve problems and create the machines and automated systems around us.
**TLE 302® — 23 models. One journey from building to intelligent creation.**
